Whilst we have worked in different sectors, such as Financial Services, Retail and Healthcare, we have always been focused on working with individuals and teams to deliver improvements through change.  After many years of leading business, digital and product initiatives, for organisations in both Europe and Asia, we decided to set out on our own path. 

We established OneConstant in 2018 with the initial focus on providing change delivery services.  These services ranged from directly leading projects to setting up and running Programme Management Offices. Soon we were getting requests to help train and mentor staff within these companies, so we decided our USP is that we leave our client project teams more skilled and set up for success than when we started.  So whilst we lead the project delivery, we also bring our client teams along a development journey. 

Over the last few years, we have worked with some of the largest corporates in the world, such as American Express, Amazon Business Payments, ITA Airways to legal companies such as Baker McKenzie and Pinsent Masons as well as tech giants, such as IBM. Additionally, we have been honoured to also provide business strategy support to CEOs and Founders of small-medium enterprises and charities.  In 2023, we won the Corporate LiveWire Innovation & Excellence Award for the 'best PMO in Financial Services'.
